Ask a question →We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, premarital counseling, marriage counseling, family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, employee assistance programs, workshops, corporate wellness programs, military and veteran support, and mediation for parenting plans.
Individual sessions are $120 and couples sessions are $135. We offer a sliding scale for qualifying clients: $75 for students and military/veterans, and $90 for a community reduced rate. We accept cash, check, and Mastercard.
Yes. We offer both in-person sessions at our Manhattan, Kansas office (1213 Hylton Heights, Suite 101) and online/telehealth sessions for clients throughout Kansas.
Callie is trained in a wide range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy, among others.
Yes. As a military spouse, Callie understands the unique challenges faced by service members and their families. We offer specialized support for active-duty military, veterans, and first responders, with a reduced session rate of $75 for qualifying military clients.
Callie Hansen is a Kansas Supreme Court Approved Mediator for Parenting Plans. Mediation is a structured process where a neutral third party helps parents reach agreements about child custody, visitation schedules, and co-parenting arrangements — often avoiding adversarial court proceedings.
We work with clients of all ages — from toddlers to elders (65+). This includes children ages 6–10, preteens, teenagers, adults, and families. We provide services for individuals, couples, and families.
Yes. Everything discussed in therapy is confidential. There are limited legal exceptions (such as risk of harm to self or others, or child abuse reporting requirements) which Callie will explain during your first session.

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and establish your therapy goals. Callie uses a solution-focused approach, which means you'll discuss what's already working in your life and identify the strengths you can build on.
Yes. Faith-integrated therapy is available for clients who wish to incorporate their Christian values and beliefs into the counseling process. This is always optional and client-directed.
